Response times
- Listing corrections: 1–2 business days
- Advertiser and partnership enquiries: 2–4 business days

Before you write
OfferHive is a directory, not the merchant. We cannot process orders, refunds, shipping or account issues for products you bought from an advertiser. For those, contact the merchant's own support team using the details on their website.
