Filing a notice
Send your notice to legal@offerhive.lovable.app with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. We normally act on valid notices within five business days.
What your notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We remove listings and block submissions from advertisers or contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Trademarks and brand assets
Brand names and logos shown on listings identify the advertiser and remain the property of their owners. Rights holders who prefer their assets not to appear can ask us to remove them.
